What happens if I cancel during the trial?+

You keep access through the end of the 14 days and are never charged. Your data stays in your account for 30 days in case you want to come back.

Can I switch plans later?+

Anytime — upgrades are prorated instantly, downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Manage everything from your billing portal.

Is there a refund if I forget to cancel?+

Yes — 30-day money-back guarantee. Email supportteam@partyvaultapp.com within 30 days of your first paid invoice and we'll refund you in full. After that, you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
